Arkiteam Architecture's Award-Winning "V Orman" Sales Office

Embodying Nature, Tranquility and Luxury in a Unique Interior Design

The "V Orman" sales office, located in Istanbul, Turkey, is a project by Arkiteam Architecture. The design was inspired by the project's location and sales strategy, with a focus on forest, nature, and a warm ambiance. The designers aimed to create a space that not only represented green, warmth, and peace but also made customers feel the warmth of home. This sensation was evoked through careful attention to detail, resulting in a design that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

What sets the "V Orman" sales office apart is its elegant detailing, which is present from the entrance and throughout the space. A vertical garden and a tree symbolize nature and the project's beginnings, while live piano music adds another layer of warmth. The furniture, enriched with gold, black, and white materials, further emphasizes the homey feel of the sales office.

The realization of the "V Orman" design involved the use of wood and lacquer plates on the walls and separators. Light and dark marble, combined with the geometry of the place, were used on the floor, with carpets added to escalate the warmth of the space. Wallpapers carried this effect to the walls, and separators designed to endorse a transparent ambiance were made from black metal and lacquer plates. Other metal materials were white and gold to differentiate.

The design process was not without its challenges. The designers had to reflect the project and the location in the interior design while maintaining the functionality of a sales office. They achieved this by integrating all these principles with form and materials into the sales office, ensuring that every space had a unique solution according to its function and that the materials selected communicated the same language.

Arkiteam Architecture's "V Orman" sales office is a testament to the power of design in creating a functional, aesthetically pleasing, and emotionally evocative space. It is no surprise that this design was awarded Silver in the A' Interior Space, Retail and Exhibition Design Award in 2018, a prestigious accolade reserved for top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.
